   Set the tub on a solid, flat surface like concrete, patio pavers, or a reinforced deck. An uneven base can make the tub sit crooked and throw off the waterline.

2. Plan for Total Weight
   Cold plunges become very heavy once filled. Make sure the location can handle the combined weight of the tub, water, and the user before final placement.

3. Use a Grounded 110V Outlet
   Plug the chiller into a properly grounded 110V outlet. If your setup is outdoors, use a weather-rated outlet cover for added protection.

4. Avoid Extension Cords When Possible
   If you must use one temporarily, choose a heavy-duty, outdoor-rated extension cord and keep the connection elevated and away from water. Shorter, thicker cords perform better.

5. Give the Chiller Breathing Room
   Place the chiller where it has open airflow on all sides. Tight spaces or blocking the vents can reduce performance and make the unit work harder.

6. Keep the Chiller Close to the Tub
   Position the chiller near the tub to reduce hose length, prevent kinks, and improve overall cooling efficiency.

7. Fill Before Powering On
   Fill the tub to a safe operating level before turning on the chiller. Running the system without water flow can damage the pump.

8. Check Connections for Leaks
   After filling, inspect all hose connections and fittings for drips. Tighten gently as needed, avoiding overtightening.

9. Make Draining and Refilling Easy
   Choose a spot where draining won’t be a hassle and a hose can reach. Easy access makes routine water changes much simpler.

10. Use the Insulated Lid Daily
    Keep the lid on whenever the tub isn’t in use to maintain temperature, keep debris out, and reduce the workload on the chiller.

11. Choose a Clean, Low-Debris Area
    Avoid placing the tub directly under trees or roof drip lines. Less debris and runoff helps keep your water cleaner for longer.

12. Account for Weather
    In hot weather, cooling may take longer. In freezing conditions, protect your system and avoid letting water lines freeze.

1. About the return and exchange time limit
Our return period is 30 natural days, which means you have 30 natural days to apply for a return from the day you receive the goods.

2. Specific instructions for product returns and exchanges

A. Return requirements for eligible products:

1. The returned product must be in a new, unused, undamaged condition and include the original brand packaging box and all accessories (if the transparent packaging tape on the outer box has been removed, it is considered unsealed). You must also provide the order number.

2. Returns and refunds require 5–10 clear product photos or videos showing every area of the product. We use these to determine whether the product is damaged.

3. If you need to return the entire order, please return all items included in the order (including free gifts and packaging gift boxes).

4. Returned and exchanged products cannot be modified. Products may be modified, but we are not responsible for any expenses or after-sales issues caused by modifications.

5. If there is a problem with the heater, we will send a replacement heater for free, or refund $200. We do not accept additional compensation.

B. Return Policy Details
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the product is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours so we can evaluate the issue and correct it. If the product is found to be defective or missing accessories, please contact us within 24 hours and we will replace or reissue it for free. If it exceeds 24 hours, product damage is deemed to be caused by you.

For other reasons (such as you no longer want it or you accidentally bought the wrong product), you may cancel the order within 24 hours after confirming the order. We only charge a handling fee of 3% for this. If the order has been shipped, you must return the product after receiving it. You are responsible for round-trip shipping fees, and we will charge 20% of the purchase price.

If you notify us that you need to cancel the order within 24–48 hours after purchase, we will charge $500.

Note: We do not accept returned goods without a return request submitted in advance and approved. Otherwise, the loss shall be borne by you.

C. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Special promotion products, customized products, and any other products stated on the product page as not eligible for return or exchange.
Free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.

D. About return and exchange shipping fee:

1. If you find that the product has quality problems after receiving the goods, we will accept the return after you provide the required documentation, and we will bear the shipping cost when sending.

2. If you find that the product is wrong after receiving the goods, please contact us and provide your order number. After verification, you may return or exchange it, and we will bear the shipping cost of the return and exchange.

3. If the return is caused by non-quality problems and the buyer’s own reasons, the buyer shall bear the postage for returning the goods and the shipping cost for re-sending.

3. How to return or exchange goods?
Return or exchange application: Please contact our customer service email support@thermalfrontier.com to apply for return or exchange. We estimate that it will take 1 to 3 working days to process the application. After the application is approved, please send the goods you need to return along with the product list and return them to the address provided in the return or exchange confirmation email.

If you use an untrackable express delivery method to return goods, the company will not be responsible for loss, damage, or misdelivery of the goods. Please understand.

4. Return and exchange process:
Contact customer service email to register for return and exchange → provide pictures/videos of returned goods → customer service confirms return and exchange application → send back returned goods → return confirmation → process refund or exchange

5. About refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, it may take 1–3 calendar days. After confirmation, we will refund your original payment method. The specific time you receive the refund is determined by the payment company you use, which generally takes 7–14 business days.
