Routine cleaning
Floors and walls: Wipe down floors and wall surfaces with warm water and a mild, neutral soap. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners, as they can damage or dry out the wood.
Benches and armrests: Since these areas have the most skin contact, clean them with a damp cloth and mild soap. If the surface starts to feel rough, lightly sand with fine-grit sandpaper to keep it smooth.
Ceiling and lights: Wipe the ceiling occasionally and keep it as dry as possible. Try to prevent moisture from collecting around light fixtures.

Air out the sauna after use
After each session, ventilate the sauna to reduce moisture and help prevent mold or bacteria. Open the door and any vents/windows and allow airflow until the interior is fully dry.

Inspect the wood condition
Check the wood periodically for cracking, warping, or any signs of deterioration. If you notice damage, replace affected boards as soon as possible. Avoid oil-based wood treatments unless specifically recommended, as they can impact how the sauna heats and how the wood performs.

Manage humidity and temperature
Use reasonable heat and humidity settings and avoid keeping the sauna at extreme conditions for long periods, which can extend the life of the wood. If possible, use a thermometer and hygrometer to monitor conditions. A common recommended range is about 40%–60% humidity and 70°C–100°C.

Heater upkeep
Keep the heater free of dust and debris so it runs efficiently. Use the correct sauna stones and replace them as recommended by the heater manufacturer.
For electric heaters, periodically check that wiring and connections are secure. If you’re unsure, have a qualified electrician inspect it.

Reduce risk of mold and bacteria
If needed, use a sauna-safe anti-mold/anti-bacterial product on interior surfaces, especially in areas that stay damp.
Consider using removable wood or plastic floor mats that can be lifted out for cleaning and drying.

Ongoing inspection plan
Create a simple maintenance schedule to check key areas such as the wood, heater, and electrical components. Depending on usage, it’s smart to have a professional inspection done annually or every few years.

Door and window care
Regularly check the door and any windows for proper sealing to prevent heat loss. Lubricate hinges, handles, and locks as needed so everything opens and closes smoothly.
Refunds & Returns
1. About the return and exchange time limit
Our return period is 30 natural days, which means you have 30 natural days to apply for a return starting from the day you receive the goods.
Time limit after sale: one year
2. Specific instructions for product returns and exchanges
A. Return requirements for eligible products:

The returned product must be in a new, unworn, undamaged state, and come with the original brand packaging box and all accessories (if the transparent packaging tape on the outer packaging box has been torn off, it is also considered unsealed). You must also provide the order number.

Returns and refunds require 5–10 clear product photos or videos. Requirements: show every area of the product. We will use these materials to determine whether the product is damaged.

If you need to return the entire order, please be sure to return all products from the order (including free gifts and packaging gift boxes).

Returned and exchanged products cannot be modified. Products may be modified, but we are not responsible for any expenses or after-sales issues caused by modifications.

If there is a problem with the heater, we will send you a new one for free, or we will refund $200. We do not accept additional compensation.
B. Return Policy Details
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the product is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours so we can evaluate the issue and correct it. If the product is found to be defective or missing accessories, please contact us within 24 hours and we will replace or reissue it for free. If it exceeds 24 hours, the product damage is deemed to be caused by you.
For other reasons, such as you no longer want the product or you accidentally purchased the wrong item: you can cancel the order within 24 hours after confirming the order. We only charge a 3% handling fee for this. If the order has been shipped, you must return the product after receiving it. You will be responsible for round-trip shipping, and we will charge 20% of the purchase price.
If you notify us that you need to cancel the order within 24–48 hours after purchase, we will charge $500.
Note: We do not accept returned goods without a prior return request or before the return request is approved. Otherwise, the loss shall be borne by you.
C. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Special promotion products, customized products, and any other products that are listed on the product page as not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.
D. About return and exchange shipping fee:

If you find that the product has quality problems after receiving the goods, we will accept the return after you provide the relevant documentation. We will bear the shipping cost when sending.

If you find that the product is incorrect after receiving it, please contact us and provide your order number. After verifying the issue, you can choose to return or exchange, and we will bear the shipping cost for return and exchange.

If the return is caused by non-quality issues or buyer-related reasons, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and the cost to re-send.
3. How to return or exchange goods?
Return or exchange application: Please contact our customer service email support@thermalfrontier.com to apply for a return or exchange. We estimate it will take 1 to 3 working days to process the application. After the application is approved, please send the goods you need to return along with the product list, to the address shown in the return/exchange confirmation email.
If you use an untrackable express delivery method to return goods, the company will not be responsible for loss, damage, or misdelivery of the goods. Please understand.
4. Return and exchange process:
Contact customer service email to register for return/exchange → provide pictures of returned goods → customer service confirms return/exchange application → send back returned goods → return confirmation → process refund or exchange
5. About refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, it may take 1–3 calendar days. After confirmation, we will refund your original payment method. The time it takes for you to receive the refund depends on your payment provider, which generally takes 7–14 business days.

Delivery: Canada, USA and Australia to your door, shipping costs are as shown on the page.
Processing time: Our production time is estimated to be about 35 days, and the actual situation depends on the order sequence
Delivery time:
We have overseas warehouses in the western and eastern United States and Canada. We will select the nearest warehouse for delivery based on your address and product inventory.
When the purchased product is in stock at the nearest overseas warehouse, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 days.
When the purchased product is not in stock at the overseas warehouse, it will be arranged to be shipped from China. Delivery usually takes 25-30 days (Excluding factory production time)
About taxes:
We only charge shipping, no tax. Taxes are collected by local customs. Taxes are borne by the customer.
