Sauna Installation Tips
1. Choose a suitable location
Ground selection: Ensure the surface is level and strong enough to support the sauna’s weight. Avoid low-lying areas where water collects or ground stays saturated.
Ventilation and privacy: Pick a spot with good airflow and privacy, and avoid placing the sauna where strong winds blow directly into it.
2. Preparation
Measure the space: Measure the installation area carefully to confirm you have enough clearance for assembly and future maintenance access.
Check the power supply: If using an electric heater, confirm there is a suitable power connection nearby and that it meets local electrical safety requirements.
3. Preparation before assembly
Check the components: Before building, verify all parts are included and undamaged (wall panels, benches, heater, hardware, etc.).
Tool preparation: Gather the necessary tools such as screwdrivers, a drill, a level, measuring tape, and anything else listed in the manual.
4. Installation steps
Ground foundation: Make sure the base is dry and level. Add a moisture barrier or floor mats if recommended for your surface type.
Wall installation: Assemble the walls step by step following the instructions/video, ensuring panels are aligned and securely fastened to the base and roof.
Heating system: Install the heater according to the Oasislux heater manual. Ensure wiring is connected safely and confirm the heater placement meets ventilation and clearance requirements.
Seats and accessories: Install benches and accessories according to the layout diagram to ensure stability and comfort.
5. Sealing and insulation
Sealing: Confirm doors and windows/glass panels close tightly to reduce heat loss and help keep moisture out.
Insulation: Check that all insulation components are installed correctly to improve heat retention and comfort.
6. Ventilation system
Exhaust vents: Install/confirm the exhaust vent to maintain airflow and reduce moisture buildup.
Air intake vents: Make sure intake vents are positioned correctly to bring fresh air into the sauna.

Care And Maintenance
1. Regular cleaning
Floors and walls: Wipe floors and walls with warm water and a mild, neutral soap. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners to prevent wood damage.
Seats and armrests: Clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Lightly sand with fine-grit sandpaper as needed to keep surfaces smooth.
Ceilings and lamps: Prevent condensation around lights, wipe the ceiling regularly, and keep it as dry as possible.
2. Ventilation
After each use, ventilate the sauna to help prevent mold and bacteria. Open the door and any vents/windows and allow airflow until the interior is completely dry.
3. Check the condition of the wood
Inspect wood often for cracks, warping, or deterioration. Replace damaged boards promptly. Avoid oil-based wood care products unless recommended, as they may affect heating performance.
4. Control humidity and temperature
Use appropriate heat and humidity settings and avoid extreme conditions for long periods to help extend the life of the wood. If possible, use a thermometer and hygrometer to monitor conditions and keep them within recommended ranges (typically 40%–60% humidity and 70°C–100°C).
5. Heater maintenance
Remove dust and debris from the heater regularly to keep it running efficiently. Use the correct sauna stones and replace them as recommended by the manufacturer.
For electric heaters, periodically check that wiring and connections are secure to prevent electrical issues.
6. Prevent mold and bacteria
Use a sauna-safe anti-mold/anti-bacterial product as needed, especially in areas that stay damp.
Consider removable wood or plastic floor mats to make cleaning easier and reduce the chance of mold growth.
7. Regular inspection and maintenance
Create a routine inspection schedule for key components such as the wood, heater, and electrical system. Depending on usage, have a professional inspection and maintenance performed annually or every few years.
8. Maintain doors and windows
Check seals regularly to prevent air leaks and heat loss. Lubricate hinges, handles, and locks to ensure smooth opening and closing.
Refunds & Returns
1. About the return and exchange time limit
Our return period is 30 natural days, which means you have 30 natural days to apply for a return from the day you receive the goods.
Time limit after sale: one year
2. Specific instructions for product returns and exchanges
A. Return requirements for eligible products:

The returned product must be in a new, unused, undamaged condition and include the original packaging box and all accessories (if the transparent tape on the outer packaging box has been removed, it is considered unsealed). You must also provide the order number.

Returns and refunds require 5–10 clear product photos or videos showing all areas of the product. We use these to determine whether the product is damaged.

If returning the entire order, please return all items from the order (including free gifts and packaging gift boxes).

Returned/exchanged products cannot be modified. Products may be modified, but we are not responsible for any expenses or after-sales issues caused by modifications.

If there is an issue with the heater, we will send a replacement for free or refund $200. We do not accept additional compensation.
B. Return Policy Details
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the product is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours so we can evaluate the issue and correct it. If the product is found to be defective or missing accessories, please contact us within 24 hours and we will replace or reissue it for free. If it exceeds 24 hours, product damage is deemed to be caused by you.
For other reasons (for example, you no longer want it or you accidentally purchased the wrong product), you may cancel the order within 24 hours after confirming the order. We only charge a 3% handling fee. If the order has shipped, you must return the product after receiving it. You are responsible for round-trip shipping costs, and we will charge 20% of the purchase price.
If you notify us that you need to cancel the order within 24–48 hours after purchase, we will charge $500.
Note: We do not accept returned goods without a prior return request or before the return request is approved. Otherwise, the loss shall be borne by you.
C. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Special promotion products, customized products, and any other products stated on the product page as not eligible for returns/exchanges.
Free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.
D. About return and exchange shipping fee:

If you find the product has quality problems after receiving it, we will accept the return after you provide the required documentation, and we will bear the shipping cost when sending.

If you find the product is incorrect after receiving it, please contact us and provide your order number. After verification, you may return or exchange it, and we will bear the shipping costs for return and exchange.

If the return is due to non-quality issues or buyer-related reasons, the buyer is responsible for return postage and the shipping cost for re-sending.
3. How to return or exchange goods?
Return or exchange application: Please contact our customer service email support@thermalfrontier.com to apply for a return or exchange. We estimate it will take 1 to 3 working days to process the application. After approval, please return the goods along with the product list to the address provided in the return/exchange confirmation email.
If you use an untrackable express delivery method to return goods, the company will not be responsible for loss, damage, or misdelivery of the goods. Please understand.
4. Return and exchange process:
Contact customer service email to register for return/exchange → provide pictures/videos of returned goods → customer service confirms return/exchange application → send back returned goods → return confirmation → process refund or exchange
5. About refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, it may take 1–3 calendar days. After confirmation, we will refund your original payment method. The time you receive the refund depends on your payment provider and generally takes 7–14 business days.

Delivery time:
We have overseas warehouses in the western and eastern United States and Canada. We will select the nearest warehouse for delivery based on your address and product inventory.
When the purchased product is in stock at the nearest overseas warehouse, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 days.
When the purchased product is not in stock at the overseas warehouse, it will be arranged to be shipped from China. Delivery usually takes 25-30 days (Excluding factory production time)
About taxes:
We only charge shipping, no tax. Taxes are collected by local customs. Taxes are borne by the customer.
