Sauna Installation Tips
1. Choose a suitable location
Ground selection: Make sure the ground is flat and solid to support the weight of the sauna. Avoid installing in low-lying or water-logged areas.
Ventilation and privacy: Choose a place with good ventilation and privacy protection, and avoid placing the sauna where strong winds blow directly into it.
2. Preparation
Measure the space: Accurately measure the installation area to ensure there is enough room for assembly and future maintenance.
Check the power supply: If using an electric heater, make sure there is a suitable power connection near the site and that it meets local electrical safety standards.
3. Preparation before assembly
Check the components: Before assembly, confirm all parts are included and undamaged, including wall panels, benches/seats, heater, hardware, etc.
Tool preparation: Prepare the required tools such as screwdrivers, an electric drill, a level, measuring tape, and any tools listed in the manual.
4. Installation steps
Ground foundation: Ensure the ground is dry and level. Add a moisture barrier or floor mats if needed.
Wall installation: Install the walls step by step following the instructions/video, making sure panels are securely connected to the base and roof.
Heating system: When installing the heater, follow the heater manual to ensure safe wiring connections and confirm the heater placement meets ventilation and clearance requirements.
Seats and accessories: Install benches and accessories according to the diagram to ensure a secure fit and comfortable layout.
5. Sealing and insulation
Sealing: Ensure doors and windows/glass panels seal properly to reduce heat loss and help keep moisture out.
Insulation: Confirm any insulation components are installed correctly to improve heat retention and comfort.

Care And Maintenance
1. Regular cleaning
Floors and walls: Wipe down floors and walls with warm water and a mild, neutral soap. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners to protect the wood.
Seats and armrests: Clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. If the surface becomes rough, lightly sand with fine-grit sandpaper to keep it smooth.
Ceiling and lamps: Prevent moisture buildup around lights, wipe the ceiling occasionally, and keep surfaces as dry as possible.
2. Ventilation
After each use, air out the sauna to reduce moisture and help prevent mold and bacteria. Open the door and any vents/windows and allow airflow until the interior is fully dry.
3. Check the condition of the wood
Inspect the wood regularly for cracks, warping, or signs of deterioration. Replace any damaged boards promptly. Avoid oil-based wood products unless specifically recommended, as they can affect heating performance.
4. Control humidity and temperature
Use appropriate temperature and humidity settings and avoid extreme conditions for extended periods to help extend the life of the wood. If possible, use a thermometer and hygrometer to monitor levels. A common recommended range is 40%–60% humidity and 70°C–100°C.
5. Heater maintenance
Keep the heater free of dust and debris to maintain efficient performance. Use the correct sauna stones and replace them according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.
For electric heaters, periodically check that wiring and connections are secure to prevent electrical issues.
6. Prevent mold and bacteria
Use a sauna-safe anti-mold/anti-bacterial product as needed, especially in areas that stay damp.
Consider removable wood or plastic floor mats so you can lift them out for cleaning and drying.
7. Regular inspection and maintenance
Create a routine inspection plan for key components such as the wood, heater, and electrical system. Depending on usage, a professional inspection every year or every few years is recommended.
8. Maintain doors and windows
Check seals regularly to prevent air leaks and heat loss. Lubricate hinges, handles, and locks as needed so doors and windows open and close smoothly.
Refunds & Returns
1. About the return and exchange time limit
Our return period is 30 natural days, which means you have 30 natural days to apply for a return from the day you receive the goods.
Time limit after sale: one year
2. Specific instructions for product returns and exchanges
A. Return requirements for eligible products:

The returned product must be in a new, unused, undamaged condition, and include the original packaging box and all accessories (if the transparent packing tape on the outer box has been removed, it is considered unsealed). You must also provide the order number.

Returns and refunds require 5–10 clear product photos or videos showing all sides/areas of the product. We use these to determine whether the product is damaged.

If you return the entire order, please return all items included in the order (including free gifts and any gift packaging boxes).

Returned or exchanged products cannot be modified. Products may be modified, but we are not responsible for any costs or after-sales issues caused by modifications.

If there is a problem with the heater, we will send a replacement heater for free, or refund $200. We do not accept additional compensation.
B. Return Policy Details
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the product is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 24 hours so we can evaluate and resolve the issue. If the product is defective or missing accessories, contact us within 24 hours and we will replace or reissue the missing parts for free. If it exceeds 24 hours, the product damage is deemed to be caused by you.
For other reasons (for example, you no longer want it or you accidentally purchased the wrong product), you may cancel the order within 24 hours after confirming the order. We will charge a 3% handling fee. If the order has already shipped, you must return the product after receiving it. You are responsible for round-trip shipping costs, and we will charge 20% of the purchase price.
If you notify us that you need to cancel the order within 24–48 hours after purchase, we will charge $500.
Note: We do not accept returned goods without a return request submitted in advance and approved. Otherwise, any loss will be borne by the customer.
C. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Special promotion products, customized products, and any other products stated on the product page as not eligible for return or exchange.
Free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.
D. About return and exchange shipping fee:

If the product has a quality issue after delivery, we will accept the return after you provide the required documentation, and we will cover the shipping cost when sending.

If you received the wrong product, contact us and provide your order number. After verification, you may return or exchange it, and we will cover the shipping costs for return and exchange.

If the return is due to non-quality issues or buyer-related reasons, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and the shipping cost for re-sending.
3. How to return or exchange goods?
Return or exchange application: Please contact our customer service email support@thermalfrontier.com to apply for a return or exchange. We estimate it will take 1 to 3 working days to process the request. After approval, please return the products along with the product list to the address provided in the return/exchange confirmation email.
If you use an untrackable shipping method to return goods, we will not be responsible for loss, damage, or misdelivery. Please understand.
4. Return and exchange process:

5. About refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, it may take 1–3 calendar days. After approval, we will refund your original payment method. The time for the refund to appear depends on your payment provider and generally takes 7–14 business days.

Delivery time:
We have overseas warehouses in the western and eastern United States and Canada. We will select the nearest warehouse for delivery based on your address and product inventory.
When the purchased product is in stock at the nearest overseas warehouse, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 days.
When the purchased product is not in stock at the overseas warehouse, it will be arranged to be shipped from China. Delivery usually takes 25-30 days (Excluding factory production time)
About taxes:
We only charge shipping, no tax. Taxes are collected by local customs. Taxes are borne by the customer.
