1. Regular cleaning
Floors and walls: Clean with warm water and a mild, neutral soap. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners to protect the wood.
Seats and armrests: Wipe with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Lightly sand with fine-grit sandpaper as needed to keep surfaces smooth.
Ceilings and lamps: Prevent condensation around lights, wipe the ceiling regularly, and keep it dry.
2. Ventilation
After each use, ventilate the sauna to help prevent mold and bacteria. Open doors, windows, or vents and allow air to circulate until the sauna is completely dry.
3. Check the condition of the wood
Inspect the wood regularly for cracks, warping, or deterioration. Replace damaged boards promptly. Avoid oil-based products unless specifically recommended, as they may affect heating performance.
4. Control humidity and temperature
Use appropriate temperature and humidity settings and avoid extreme conditions for long periods. Install a thermometer and hygrometer, monitor regularly, and keep within recommended ranges (typically 40%–60% humidity and 70°C–100°C).
5. Heater maintenance
Remove dust and debris from the heater surface regularly to maintain efficient operation. Use the correct sauna stones and replace them according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.
If using an electric heater, periodically check that wiring connections are secure to help prevent electrical faults.
6. Prevent mold and bacteria
Use a sauna-safe anti-mold/anti-bacterial product as needed, especially in damp areas.
Consider removable wood or plastic floor mats to simplify cleaning and reduce the chance of mold growth.
7. Regular inspection and maintenance
Create a routine inspection plan for key components such as the wood, electrical system, and heater. Depending on usage, have a professional perform a full inspection and maintenance annually or every few years.
8. Maintain doors and windows
Check door and window seals regularly to prevent air leaks and heat loss. Lubricate hinges and locks as needed so doors and windows open and close smoothly.
Refunds & Returns
1. About the return and exchange time limit
Our return period is 30 natural days, which means you have 30 natural days to apply for a return from the day you receive the goods.
Time limit after sale: one year
2. Specific instructions for product returns and exchanges
A. Return requirements for eligible products:

The returned product must be in a new, unused, undamaged condition and include the original packaging box and all accessories (if the transparent tape on the outer packaging box has been removed, it is considered unsealed). You must also provide the order number.

Returns and refunds require 5–10 clear product photos or videos showing every area of the product. We use these to determine whether the product is damaged.

If you return the entire order, please return all products included in the order (including free gifts and packaging gift boxes).

Returned/exchanged products cannot be modified. Products may be modified, but we are not responsible for any expenses or after-sales issues caused by modifications.

If there is a problem with the heater, we will send you a replacement heater for free or refund $200. We do not accept additional compensation.
B. Return Policy Details
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the product is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours so we can evaluate the issue and correct it. If the product is found to be defective or missing accessories, please contact us within 24 hours and we will replace or reissue it for free. If it exceeds 24 hours, product damage is deemed to be caused by you.
For other reasons (for example, you no longer want it or you accidentally bought the wrong product), you may cancel the order within 24 hours after confirming the order. We only charge a handling fee of 3% for this. If the order has been shipped, you must return the product after receiving it, and you will be responsible for round-trip shipping fees and we will charge 20% of the purchase price.
If you notify us that you need to cancel the order within 24–48 hours after purchase, we will charge $500.
Note: We do not accept returned goods without a prior return request or before the return request is approved. Otherwise, the loss shall be borne by you.
C. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Special promotion products, customized products, and any other products that are not supported by returns and exchanges as stated on the product page.
Free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.
D. About return and exchange shipping fee:

If you find that the product has quality problems after receiving the goods, we will accept the return of this product after providing the relevant package, and we will bear the shipping cost when sending.

If you find that the product is wrong after receiving the goods, please contact us to provide your order number. After verifying that the goods are wrong, you can choose to return or exchange them, and we will bear the shipping cost of the return and exchange.

If the return is caused by non-quality problems and the buyer’s own reasons, the buyer shall bear the postage for returning the goods and the shipping cost for re-sending.
3. How to return or exchange goods?
Return or exchange application: Please contact our customer service email support@thermalfrontier.com to apply for return or exchange. We estimate that it will take 1 to 3 working days to process the application. After the application is approved, please send the goods you need to return along with the product list and return them to the address listed in the return/exchange confirmation email.
If you use an untrackable express delivery method to return goods, the company will not be responsible for loss, damage, or misdelivery of the goods. Please understand.
4. Return and exchange process:
Contact customer service email to register for return/exchange → provide pictures of returned goods → customer service confirms return/exchange application → send back returned goods → return confirmation → process refund or exchange
5. About refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, it may take 1–3 calendar days. After confirmation, we will refund your original payment method. The specific time you receive the refund is determined by the payment company you use, which generally takes 7–14 business days.

Processing time: Our production time is estimated to be about 35 days, and the actual situation depends on the order sequence
Delivery time:
We have overseas warehouses in the western and eastern United States and Canada. We will select the nearest warehouse for delivery based on your address and product inventory.
When the purchased product is in stock at the nearest overseas warehouse, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 days.
When the purchased product is not in stock at the overseas warehouse, it will be arranged to be shipped from China. Delivery usually takes 25-30 days (Excluding factory production time)
About taxes:
We only charge shipping, no tax. Taxes are collected by local customs. Taxes are borne by the customer.
